Damage and defect returns

Custom-printed prints are non-returnable as a category, but damage and defects are on us. If your print arrives bent, creased, mis-printed, or otherwise not the quality we promised, file a request within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund.

Include a photo of the issue in the message below so the team can resolve it without a back-and-forth.
