Straight answers before you buy.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders press and ship in 2-4 business days. Domestic US delivery usually lands 5-9 days after order. Tracking emails as soon as it is available.
Does it ship rolled or flat?
Flat. Always. In a rigid corrugated mailer with corner protection. Posters arrive ready to frame, not curled.
What size are the prints?
Most prints are 18 x 24 inches and fit standard off-the-shelf frames from IKEA, West Elm, Michaels, or Target.
What paper and inks do you use?
200gsm matte fine-art paper. Archival pigment inks rated for 100+ years of fade resistance out of direct sunlight. The same standard a gallery print shop uses.
Are these original designs?
Yes. All Balcony Prints artwork is original, designed in-house. We do not reproduce copyrighted film posters, album covers, or commercial artwork from other rights holders.
Can I return a print?
Custom-printed items are non-returnable as a category, but defects, mis-prints, and shipping damage are on us. File a request from the returns page within 14 days of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
US-only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap.
