Balcony Prints collects the information needed to run an e-commerce store: contact details, shipping details, order details, support messages, and first-party analytics events.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is handled through Resend. Fulfillment is handled through our print partner (Zendrop). Analytics uses a first-party Cloudflare D1 event pipeline and Meta Pixel when configured.

We do not sell personal information. You can request support or unsubscribe from emails through the links in our messages or the contact page.
